(1) The administrative officer or employee appointed by the Director General to be with the team of mineral survey shall prepare and submit the account of mineral survey under the control of the head of the team.

(2) ) The head of the party and the administrative officer or employee assigned under sub-rule (1) shall be jointly responsible for the accounts and expenses related to mineral survey.
